Terms of Service

Acceptance

By accessing or using Manatable (the “service”), you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Manatable. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the service with the consent of a parent or guardian.

Your account

You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised use.

Acceptable use

  • No cheating or manipulating game state in bad faith.
  • No harassment, hateful conduct or abuse of other players.
  • No scraping, bulk download or automated access of the service.
  • No attempts to disrupt the service, other users’ games, or the underlying infrastructure.

User content

When you submit content to the service — including bug reports, screenshots and profile photos — you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store and display that content for the purpose of operating the service. See our Privacy Policy for details on how user content is handled.

Early access service

Manatable is in active development. Features may change or be removed without notice, uptime is not guaranteed, and we may suspend or discontinue the service at any time.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty or other term implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) which cannot lawfully be excluded.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting [email protected].

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. The courts of Brisbane, Queensland have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
